You are looking at an absolutley gorgeous gown from Harve Mariage boutique in Paris, France. I imported dress from France. Check the brand below.

It has fluffy cute feathers all over around your chest with dingling sparkles. Skirts also has sparkles. Zipper on the back. If you are looking for a breathtaking and truly unique one of a kind dress for half the price this is the one for you!

I also give you my gloves, and skirt goes inside of the dress to keep the round shape for free. I have a veil about 7 feet long and was $300, but it's got a tiny hall... If you want one, I will give it for free too.

Worn once for about 4 hrs and is as good as new! A little bit dirty on the edge of the dress from wearing (this item hasn't drycleaned).

It is size 0, it's for petit people. Actual measurements are as follows- bust: 30, waist: 24, hips: free, length: 4"4 from chest line with bare foot. I usually wear either size 0 or XS and this fit perfectly. Worn once for about 4 hrs and is as good as new!
